実写エンコードテスト

Aviutl x x264 でエンコードした結果。
これでだいたいの画質知ってそれをTMPGEncでのエンコードにイカそうじゃなイカ
x264にて意図する画質のcrf値のもの選んで、その結果ログの
frame I , frame P , frame BのAvgQPの値に近い値をTMPGEncの固定量子化数の設定に入力

だいたいcrf28くらいで妥当かと。ものによって良くしたり悪くしたり....
上ほど良画質。下ほど低画質。たぶん許せるのはcrf30くらいが限界点だと思われ
